I invite you to feel, to perceive, to imagine, to dream, to relax, to activate, to move and to breathe deeply, with awareness and, over time, to realize how magical all of this is. When we practice presence, we expand this state to all areas of our lives. No conforto da sua casa. Opção de aulas ao vivo e/ou gravadas. Nas Segundas às 7h30 e Quartas às 19h30. 

 ꧁ VINYASA FLOW ꧂ 

A prática se constrói a partir do vinyasa yoga como base, integrando movimento e respiração em um mesmo ritmo e intensidade, conduzindo os praticantes a um estado de flow: de envolvimento pleno com a experiência.

 

Ela emerge da intersecção entre diferentes tecnologias corporais como animal flow, pilates, tai chi chuan e dança, atravessadas pelo yoga em suas múltiplas vertentes (hatha, vinyasa e kundalini). Essa fusão cria uma linguagem de movimento plural, potente e sensível, convidando o corpo a explorar suas diversas nuances.

A linguagem da prática transita entre o físico e o sutil, incorporando exercícios de ativação e liberação energética, visualizações e afirmações como ferramentas de aprofundamento da experiência. O movimento não se limita à forma; é um meio de acessar estados internos e ampliar a consciência corporal e energética.

Os comandos verbais são embasados na filosofia tântrica shivaíta não-dual com o foco na ressensibilização do corpo, reforçando a consciência de que sentir é suficiente e que o momento presente é o mais precioso a ser vivido.

 

O formato se desenvolve em fluxos contínuos, com variações de acesso às posturas, tornando a prática acessível a diversos corpos. A aula é estruturada como uma jornada progressiva, que parte do aterramento e sensibilização do corpo, passa por momentos de maior intensidade e suavidade e culmina em integração e repouso. Tem duração de 1h30, podendo se estender caso seja do interesse. A prática é conduzida sem música, com o propósito de eliminar distrações e favorecer a escuta dos sons naturais da respiração e do ambiente.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF YOGA?

It is important to know that the yoga we know today is a form that has been completely adapted to our society and historical time and it is, in fact, multiple and diverse, from its roots. Therefore, there is no original/traditional yoga, but yogas from different traditions.

 

Thus, there is no single method or goal, but in general, we can say that the fundamental goal of yoga is liberation. However, each tradition understands this liberation in its own way: from the ego, from illusion, from the body, in life, after death...

 

As our way of understanding the world is very different from that of the Indians, and our problems and social needs are also different, it is necessary to also adapt the goal of this practice, so that it is efficient according to our reality.

 

We are facing times of overstimulation, too much information, and too many toxins, which overloads our body system, creating several barriers to our perception. It's as if we were clogged up and nothing flows internally, blocking the body's natural ability to harmonize, unable to assimilate experiences or what nourishes the body - physically and energetically. The messed-up mind dominates the body, and for most people, it is corrupted, being controlled by the systems of domination that surround us.

 

In this way, with a body that has compromised sensitivity, the goal of liberation becomes so distant that it seems utopian. That is why I think of yoga as a practice of resensitizing the body. We practice in order to exercise our ability to perceive and feel the functioning of the body's organic structures and, with consistency, also its energetic structures. It is essential to understand that practicing yoga is not just one choice that you make, but several. From how to move and breathe, to how to relate to and take care of your own body-temple as well as Nature, which sustains and nourishes our body.

 

The more we practice, the more we strengthen our presence in our body - the more we inhabit it. And this presence becomes who we are, and is not restricted to the moment we open the mat. When we are present, we live in the here and now, and our mind is no longer accustomed to always searching for something in the past or future. And so we are able to differentiate between what belongs to others and what belongs to us, and we are able to perceive when we are anxious, sad, happy, or relaxed. The body is the tool we borrowed from the Earth to polish our Consciousness; yoga teaches us how to use it.
